All services are performed by experienced professionals committed to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

2. Service Agreements

Upon agreement, details of the services to be provided will be outlined in a formal contract. This contract will include the scope of work, timelines, and pricing. Any additional services not specified in the original agreement will require a new contract or an addendum to the existing one.

2.1. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Should there be any changes or additional requirements, the pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Clients will be informed of any such changes before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for services rendered are to be made as follows:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon signing the service agreement.
Progress Payments: For larger projects, progress payments may be scheduled at agreed-upon milestones.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

All payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Landscapers Feltham reserves the right to reschedule services. Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information regarding the site conditions and project requirements.
Ensuring that the work area is accessible and safe for the execution of services.
Obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the project.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Landscapers Feltham stands by the quality of its workmanship and materials. We offer a 12-month warranty on all services provided. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the project.

Our guarantee does not cover damages resulting from natural wear and tear, misuse, or modifications made by the client or third parties after project completion.

7. Liability

While we strive to perform our services to the highest standards, Landscapers Feltham cannot be held liable for:

Pre-existing conditions on the property that were not disclosed prior to the agreement.
Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions affecting the project.
Damage caused by third-party contractors or individuals.

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Landscapers Feltham remain the intellectual property of our company. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal use only. Any commercial use requires explicit written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law

For convenience, acceptance of these terms may be provided electronically through our website or other digital platforms. This electronic acceptance carries the same weight as a signed document.

13. Force Majeure

Landscapers Feltham is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

14. Severability
